Art. 1 - Scope and Target Audience
These regulations define the terms of access and use for the "Team Affiliation Program" promoted by M Tactical SRL. The program is exclusively aimed at legally established and active Amateur Sports Associations (A.S.D.), clubs, and Airsoft teams. This initiative is not intended for individual, unaffiliated players.
Art. 2 - Affiliation Procedure
To start the affiliation process, the team representative must contact us via WhatsApp at +39 0522 17 00 488 or via email at [email protected]. Following this initial contact, M Tactical SRL will send the Official Affiliation Form.
To complete the process and validate access to discounts, the form must be entirely filled out, obligatorily signed by the President of the Association/Team, and returned (via WhatsApp or email) along with the following documentation:
- A document certifying regular establishment (e.g., statute, affiliation with a valid sports promotion body for the current year) or, alternatively, an updated list of active members.
- A copy of a valid ID of the signing President.
- Name and contact details of the sole representative in charge of order management (if different from the President).
The final activation of the affiliation remains at the unquestionable discretion of M Tactical SRL management and will be confirmed in writing only upon receipt and verification of the complete documentation.
Art. 3 - Activation, Discount Structure, and Level Maintenance
The program features a progressive tiered discount system, based on the total cumulative purchases made by the team (combining physical store and online purchases).
Level 1: Basic Discount 6%
Access to the discounted price list is activated exclusively following an initial cumulative order equal to or greater than €450.00 (VAT included).
Benefit: Once this threshold is crossed, the team is guaranteed a fixed 6% discount on the entire catalog.
Level 2: Discount 12%
Activates automatically as soon as the team's cumulative purchases within the calendar year exceed the threshold of €15,000.00 (VAT included).
Benefit: The 12% discount will be applied to all subsequent orders of the current year and will remain valid for the entire following calendar year, regardless of new cumulative totals.
Level 3: Custom Premium Discount
Upon exceeding the threshold of €24,000.00 (VAT included) in the calendar year, the team accesses the Premium level.
Benefit: Commercial conditions, dedicated discounts, and extra services (e.g., priority in the workshop, facilitated shipping, further discounts) will be agreed upon privately. The Premium status, once achieved, is also guaranteed for the entire following calendar year.
Art. 4 - Cumulative Total Calculation and Order Management (Team Profile)
The calculation of cumulative turnover to reach the thresholds resets on December 31st of each calendar year. From January 1st, the team will begin accumulating spending again to unlock or confirm higher levels (while still enjoying the guaranteed discount from the previous year, as per Art. 3). For purchases to contribute to the shared threshold, all orders (both online and in-store) must be placed exclusively using the user profile/account registered to the team. Orders from personal accounts are not permitted, except with specific nominal delegations previously communicated in writing by the club President. It will not be possible under any circumstances to retroactively recover and accumulate receipts or invoices.
Art. 5 - Exclusions, Points Collection Suspension, and "Highest Discount" Rule
The team discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, "End of Line" campaigns, or items already subject to specific discounts (unless otherwise communicated by M Tactical SRL).
- Points Collection Suspension: It is explicitly specified that the application of "Team Discount" price lists (of any level) entails the suspension of the store's standard points collection. Orders placed through this program will not generate loyalty points.
- Highest Discount Rule: To protect the team, at the time of payment at the checkout or in the online cart, the system will always and automatically apply the highest discount in effect at that moment on the individual product (including any quantity discounts). This always guarantees the most advantageous price for the buyer.
M Tactical SRL reserves the right to exclude specific brands or product categories from the discount program.
Art. 6 - Final Provisions and Privacy
M Tactical SRL reserves the right to modify these regulations or interrupt the promotion at any time, with prior written notice to the affiliated teams. In case of improper behavior or fraudulent use of the discounts (e.g., transferring the discount to non-registered third parties or abuse of delegations), M Tactical SRL may revoke the affiliation with immediate effect. Personal data provided during registration will be processed in compliance with the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679) exclusively for purposes related to this program.
