Materials and Construction:
- Superior Material: Made of Silicon-Chrome (Si-Cr) valve spring wire. This material is known for its exceptional fatigue resistance and ability to maintain stiffness even after thousands of firing cycles, unlike low-quality springs that tend to lose power or shorten.
- Variable Pitch (Progressive) Design: The coils do not have a constant pitch. This design facilitates the initial compression of the spring, ensuring smoother operation and potentially reducing stress on the gearbox components, without reducing final performance.
- Ground Ends: (Inferred) The ends are ground for optimal support.
