Product Details

This SHS kit is an advanced upgrade for version 2 (V2) gearboxes, designed to double the rate of fire (ROF) of your airsoft replica. The kit includes:

Double Sector Gear (DSG): Unlike a standard sector gear, which completes one firing cycle per full rotation, the DSG has two toothed sectors, completing two firing cycles per rotation. This, at the same motor speed, doubles the rate of fire.
Specific air nozzle (code LQ0001): A modified air nozzle, necessary to function correctly with the DSG gear.

The DSG gear is made of hardened steel alloy to withstand high stress and wear. It is machined with CNC machinery to ensure maximum precision and flawless operation.

Features and Compatibility:

Compatible with all standard and high-speed gears: Can be used with standard ratio gears or high-speed gears (the final ratio will depend on the chosen combination).
Recommended for inner barrels up to 363mm: For longer barrels, the air volume may not be sufficient to propel the BB optimally with such a rapid cycle.
Requires technical skills: Installing a DSG kit is complex and requires an in-depth knowledge of the gearbox operation and the necessary modifications (e.g. spring shortening, lightened piston, etc.). It is strongly recommended to entrust the installation to an experienced technician.
