The Cylinder Head FPS for V3 gearbox is made of ergal and features a X-RING seal. The front and rear bumpers are made of high-density Urepan for shock absorption and silence. Available in three variants with different Urepan hardness: yellow (60 Shore, for DMR), orange (70 Shore, versatile), and red (80 Shore, for overjoule and high-speed shots). 100% Made in Italy and 100% compatible with Marui.

This Cylinder Head FPS is a high-quality upgrade component designed for version 3 (V3) gearboxes, used in many softair replicas. Conceived for: AK47, AK74, KURZ/PDW, SIG, GALIL.

Main Features:

Material: Made of ergal (high-strength aluminum alloy), precision-machined.
X-RING: Equipped with a larger X-RING seal for perfect sealing on all types of cylinders (both large and small).
Urepan Bumpers: Both the front and rear bumpers are made of high-density Urepan, a material with excellent properties:
- High dynamic load capacity.
- High resistance to abrasion and impact propagation.
- Maximum elastic modulus among all elastomers.
- Excellent mechanical wear resistance.
- High impact resilience.
- High thermal resistance.
- Good chemical resistance to mineral oils, greases, and solvents.
Shock Absorption and Silence: The front Urepan bumper is designed to maximize shock absorption while maintaining high silence. The guide holes ensure contact with the gearbox's inner wall, maximizing shock absorption.
Air Flow: The shape of the rear Urepan bumper favors air flow towards the exit hole and reduces noise during the firing cycle.

Variants (Urepan Hardness and Recommended Use):

The cylinder head is available in three variants, differing in the hardness of the Urepan bumper:

Yellow (TC03C): 60 Shore. Recommended for DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle) configurations, to protect fragile gearboxes and reduce noise.
Orange (TC03B): 70 Shore. Recommended for versatile use.
Red (TC03A): 80 Shore. Recommended for overjoule and high-speed shots (high speed).
