This Micro Mosfet Active Brake by FPS is an electronic device designed to improve the performance and reliability of electric airsoft replicas (AEGs). Its small size makes it suitable for installation even in replicas with little internal space.
Functions and Advantages:
- Contact protection: The Mosfet preserves the electromechanical contacts of the trigger unit from burns caused by the sparks that are generated when the circuit closes.
- Reduction of current dissipation: Decreases current dissipation in the circuit, increasing efficiency.
- Longer battery life: Thanks to the lower dissipation, the battery lasts longer.
- Slight increase in ROF (Rate Of Fire): The better efficiency of the circuit can lead to a slight increase in the rate of fire.
- Active Brake: This function uses the excess energy of the motor to stop it quickly after each firing cycle. This prevents "double shots" in semi-automatic (especially with high ROFs) and reduces stress on the mechanics.
