  • Nozzle: In high-strength stainless steel (18mm length). Assembled to the body via countersunk thread and special adhesive for perfect coaxiality and durability. The increased and stable dimensions reduce play with the air nozzle, limiting feeding problems (especially "mid-cap syndrome") and inconsistency.
• Air Seal: Double O-ring seal for a perfect seal with the cylinder.
• Interchangeable Pads Included:
  • 2x Front Pads: Of different heights, made of special polyurethane compound. They allow you to perfectly adapt the cylinder head to your gearbox. The increased contact surface prevents wobbling and vibrations. Optimized hardness for impact absorption.
  • 2x Rear Pads: Made of special polyurethane compound, they influence impact absorption and silence:
    • 50 Shore A (Purple): For rates up to 30bb/s. Promotes silence and impact absorption.
    • 70 Shore A (Black): For high-speed setups (>30 BB/s) and hard springs (high speed/high ROF, extreme FPS).
• Computational Aerodynamics (CFD): The geometries of the pads, studied with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis and ideally combined with NGA Vertex piston heads, promote:
