The Portable LCD Tester for LiPo / Li-Ion Batteries produced by ACM is the essential diagnostic tool for the care of your batteries. Equipped with a clear digital display, it allows you to instantly read the total voltage of the battery and that of each individual cell, with an accuracy of +- 0.01V. In addition to reading, it functions as a powerful life-saving alarm (dual buzzer) with a programmable threshold: you can decide at what voltage to trigger the siren! It supports battery packs from 1 to 8 cells. The "can't live without" for every airsoft player.

Precise Real-Time Diagnostics:
Don't guess if your battery still has enough power for a game! By connecting the balancing connector to this ACM Tester, the LCD display will automatically cycle through the values: first it will show you the total voltage (e.g. "ALL 11.4"), then it will read cell 1 ("No.1 3.80"), then cell 2 ("No.2 3.80") and so on. This is vital to understand not only if the battery is charged, but if the cells are balanced correctly with each other (if one cell is drastically lower than the others, the battery is damaged).
Programmable Audible Alarm (Dual Buzzer):
On the top, enclosed in the transparent sheath, there is a small button. By pressing it, you will enter the programming mode of the powerful dual audible alarm. Unlike standard fixed buzzers, here you can set the emergency threshold (from 2.7V up to 3.8V). When you leave it connected to the battery during the game, and a single cell drops below the value you have chosen, the tester will make its two speakers whistle deafeningly, saving your LiPo from chemical death!
How much to set the Alarm to? (The secret of 3.2V): As soon as you turn it on, press the small hole at the top between the two black "cylinders" to set the alarm threshold. For airsoft batteries (LiPo and Li-Ion) always set it to 3.2V or 3.3V. If you set it to 2.7V, when it rings the battery will already be dead and swollen! If you set it to 3.8V, it will ring as soon as you start playing. The value 3.2V or 3.3V is the perfect safety margin to tell you: "Change the battery now and it won't be damaged".
How to connect it (Negative Pin): Look at the back of the instrument or the front near the pins. You will see a minus sign (-) or the word GND/COM on the first pin on the left or bottom. There you have to match the BLACK cable of the white balancing connector of your battery. All other colored wires will follow on the adjacent pins. If you insert it correctly, it will make a loud "BEEP" and the display will turn on.
ALWAYS disconnect it at home: The LCD display absorbs current! It should be used during the game to warn you, but when you put the rifle back in the bag to go home, immediately disconnect the tester from the battery. Forgetting to attach it will drain the cells in a few days, irreparably destroying your LiPo.
