The BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) cut represents the standard design par excellence in the tactical and military sector. Mil-Tec has created this model paying particular attention to durability and comfort. The fabric is 100% Ripstop cotton with a light weight of 220 g/sqm. This special grid pattern is essential in airsoft: in the event of accidental holes caused by brambles or sharp obstacles, the weave physically prevents the tear from propagating, saving the integrity of the pants. Furthermore, the absence of synthetic fibers makes it exceptionally cool and breathable, perfect for hot summer days.
Load Configuration and Reinforcements:
To withstand operational stress, the pants feature a double layer of fabric applied in the areas most subject to friction and wear, namely the seat and knees. The storage system offers a total of 6 pockets: two standard quick-access side pockets, two large cargo pockets on the legs (perfect for gloves, maps or spent magazines) and two rear pockets secured by flap and buttons.
Adjustments and Silence:
The leg bottom is equipped with a practical integrated drawstring, which allows you to firmly tighten the pants over the boots, sealing the leg and preventing the entry of branches, dirt or insects. A great tactical advantage of pure cotton is its extreme silence: during walking or rubbing, the fabric does not produce the classic rustling of synthetic materials, making it ideal for scout or stealth infiltration roles.

Pro Maintenance Tips for Perfect Use
The perfect setup for Scouts: Take advantage of the extreme silence of pure Ripstop cotton. If you play in vanguard, patrol or sniping roles, these pants will not betray your position with annoying rustling against branches or leaves. Combine it with a camouflage combat shirt to maximize your sonic and visual invisibility in the woods.
Use the drawstrings against insects: In the hot months, woods and fields are full of ticks and annoying insects. Tighten the integrated laces at the bottom of the pants, passing them just above the collar of your boots. You will create a perfect seal that will prevent debris and small unwanted guests from climbing up your legs.
Washing to protect the camouflage: Pure cotton, although very robust, tends to fade slightly faster than synthetic materials, especially with complex camouflage patterns such as the Italian Camo. To make the bright colors last longer, always wash the trousers inside out in the washing machine, strictly in cold water (max 30°C). Avoid the dryer altogether to avoid shrinking the fibers!
