Pro Maintenance Tips for a Perfect Setup
The improvised "Rifle Wrap": If you don't have the time or desire to paint your rifle or build a dedicated ghillie for the weapon, this scarf is your salvation. Wrap it softly around the handguard, barrel, and optics of your rifle, securing it with a couple of elastic bands. Not only will you camouflage the replica in 30 seconds flat, but the net will prevent the sun's reflections on the metal from revealing your position.
The sniper veil trick: Put the scarf over your head like a hood, letting it fall in front of your face, just above your protective glasses. Thanks to the mesh weave, you will be able to see perfectly through the holes to the outside, but those who look at you from the outside will not be able to distinguish the shape of your face or the whites of your eyes. It's a basic technique for scouts!
