Iconic Look and Two-Piece Design:
Famous in the tactical world and inspired by iconic Special Forces figures, this balaclava features a striking front print in the shape of a skeletal half-jaw (Death Head). But the real revolution is structural: the two-piece overlapping design (MPS construction) allows you to pull the front part down under your chin in a second. This allows you to drink, speak clearly on the radio, or catch your breath without having to remove your helmet, headset, or the entire balaclava.
100% Cotton Comfort:
True to Invader Gear's philosophy (maximum performance at an exceptional price), this balaclava abandons annoying synthetic materials in favor of 100% pure cotton. This ensures absolute softness against the face, preventing skin irritation during long summer Milsims. Cotton also promotes natural breathability and ensures extremely fast drying times.
Lightweight and Ergonomic Under-Helmet:
With a minimum thickness and a feather-light weight of only 55 grams, the balaclava adapts perfectly to the shape of the skull and neck, working excellently as an under-helmet. It does not create pressure points under the harness of Fast Helmets or under active communication headsets, offering protection from the sun, wind, and BBs without compromising operational comfort.
The Genius of the "Two-Piece": If you've never tried a two-piece balaclava, you'll never go back. When you're in the safe zone or taking a quick tactical break to drink from your water bottle or communicate complex coordinates via radio, you won't have to remove your helmet, glasses, and headset. Just slip a finger on the top edge of the mask and pull it under your chin. Pure operational convenience.
Fogging Management: Another advantage of this construction is breath management. If the lenses of your ballistic glasses tend to fog up a lot, you can position the hem of the lower piece just below your nose, leaving your nostrils free to vent hot air downwards, while keeping your mouth and chin covered.
Save the Print (Washing): The skull print is durable, but to make it last for years without it "cracking" or fading, there's a trick: always wash the balaclava inside out! Put it in the washing machine at no more than 30°C (remember that it is pure cotton and may shrink with hot water) and, when you hang it out to dry, NEVER iron directly over the printed part.
