Designed following the proven ACU (Army Combat Uniform) design, the WARRIOR pants are designed for direct action. The key feature is the knee protection system: it integrates rigid anatomical pads in polyvinyl surrounded by padded inserts. This shell structure excellently absorbs violent impacts against rocks, asphalt, or debris, allowing you to kneel quickly and safely in any environment, from woodland to urban CQB.

Rip-Stop Materials and Extreme Practicality:
The main fabric is a tough Rip-Stop tear-resistant (available depending on supply and camouflage in robust 65/35 Polycotton or high-grammage pure cotton), reinforced with inserts in 100% polyurethane-coated polyester to resist moisture and abrasion. A rare and ingenious tactical feature of this model is the presence of side zippers: they allow you to widen the pants and put them on (or take them off) much faster, even if you are already wearing your boots.

Load Capacity and Custom Adjustments:
The storage layout is essential but very capacious, offering large side pockets, two generous rear pockets protected by flap and Velcro, and two additional small pockets, also with Velcro. The waistband has very wide loops, ideal for accommodating tactical belts and rigid belts. Finally, the width of the lower leg can be adjusted in a precise manner around the boot thanks to the double system combined with zip and Velcro strap closure.

Pro Maintenance Tips for Perfect Use

Exploit the side zippers for breathability: The zippers positioned on the sides are not only for wearing the pants with boots! If you play in the middle of summer and are stuck in a static defensive position, you can partially open these zippers to create an immediate air vent, drastically lowering the internal temperature and reducing sweating.

Seal the leg in the undergrowth: Thanks to the double system at the bottom of the leg, you can achieve total isolation. First close the zipper and then use the Velcro band to tighten the fabric firmly around the collar of the boot. This will create an impenetrable barrier for ticks, ants and annoying debris while crawling in tall grass.

Tactical washing for knee pads: This model has rigid polyvinyl protections firmly integrated into the fabric through the padding. To prevent the PVC shells from deforming or ruining the washing machine drum, always wash the pants inside out, at low temperatures (30°C) and possibly excluding the spin cycle. The dryer is absolutely forbidden so as not to melt the polyurethane coating of the reinforcements!
