The main innovation of the FAR 556 is its ability to fold into three sections. The handguard and stock fold sideways without any tools. Furthermore, the stock uses CHFS (Conductive Hinge Folding Stock) technology: the electrical connection passes through the sturdy hinge, eliminating external wires and allowing the replica to function even with the stock folded.
