The MW IND Style Side Rail produced by M-etal is a faithful replica of the renowned tactical mount manufactured by Midwest Industries. This design is famous for being extremely low profile and lightweight, ideal for operators looking for modern functionality without weighing down the AK platform.

CNC Quality and MI Design:
Precision machined using CNC aluminum alloy, this base replicates the skeletonized look typical of Midwest Industries. This not only reduces the weight to just 177 grams, but also ensures superior structural strength.

Tactical Functionality:
The mount attaches to the "dovetail" (Shina) side rail of AK and SVD via an adjustable QD (Quick Detach) lever, which allows immediate mounting/dismounting while maintaining the optic's zero. The 16-slot (133mm) Picatinny top rail offers the perfect space for Red Dots and optics, positioning them centrally above the receiver cover.
