The inner band uses the advanced technology of COOLMAX® fabric, designed to offer the best possible breathability. The system actively works by wicking sweat away from the skin and pushing it to the outer layer of the hat, where it evaporates much faster than any other conventional material. The result? Always a cool, dry head and maximum operational focus.

Rip-Stop PolyCotton and Tactical Details:
The exterior is made of a well-balanced PolyCotton (65% Cotton and 35% Polyester) with Rip-Stop tear-resistant weave. This combination guarantees the softness and comfort of cotton combined with the mechanical resistance and quick-drying properties of polyester. The design includes 2 openings on the sides to maximize airflow, a horizontal loop band for 3D camouflage (insertion of foliage) and an adjustable length chinstrap to avoid losing the hat during the most abrupt movements.

Pro Maintenance Tips for a Perfect Setup

Why PolyCotton is the best choice: I'm often asked if 100% cotton or nylon is better. The answer lies in this fabric: 65% cotton avoids irritation on the skin and gives a natural feel, while 35% polyester ensures that the hat does not fade easily in the sun, resists tearing (thanks also to the Rip-stop) and dries much faster than a garment in pure cotton!

Make the most of Coolmax®: When it's really hot, this technology saves your life. If you want an extra cooling effect during a prolonged break or a demanding hike, slightly dampen the Coolmax band with water from your water bottle: by evaporating slowly, it will actively cool your forehead, lowering the perceived temperature.

How to take the perfect measurement: Take a flexible tailor's tape measure (or a cable that you will then measure) and wrap it around your head about a finger above your ears. If your diameter is, for example, 55 cm, do not take the M (54 cm) hoping it will give! Always go for the larger size (in this case the L from 56 cm) to ensure maximum comfort during long games.
