Forget about plastic closures, fabric straps or Velcro on the back of the neck forever. This cap uses the original Flexfit by Yupoong patent. The structure is closed and continuous, supported by a percentage of elastane (2%) that allows the dome to expand gently and wrap the skull firmly but without tightening. The result is an incredibly clean profile and a custom fit, stable even during races or the most extreme tactical movements.

Thermal Comfort and Micro-Fleece Band:
An operator cannot afford distractions due to sweat in the eyes. Clawgear has revolutionized internal comfort by lining the entire sweatband with a luxurious micro-fleece. This material is extremely gentle on the skin, prevents chafing and absorbs moisture exceptionally, working in synergy with the 4 upper ventilation holes to keep the head cool thanks to the quick-drying main fabric.

3 Velcro Tactical Configuration:
Aesthetics meet maximum functionality. The Operator Cap is equipped with three distinct Velcro panels for anchoring patches, IFF (Identify Friend or Foe) markers or callsigns. The elegant Clawgear logo embroidered tone-on-tone directly onto the Velcro stands out on the front panel. The upper panel is designed to accommodate IR markers or V-LITE® strobes, while the long rear strip is perfect for the nametape (name and blood type). Pro Maintenance Tips for a Perfect Setup

The King of Electronic Headphones (Neckband): Those who use visors under shooting headphones (such as Sordin or Peltor) with a "Neckband" configuration hate classic caps. The plastic buckles or rear adjustment Velcro end up getting stuck right under the headphone arch, causing excruciating pain after half an hour. With the closed and smooth Flexfit system on the back, this problem magically disappears: total comfort even at the shooting range for entire days!

The upper Velcro and V-LITEs: Unlike classic Velcro squares, the upper Velcro of this Clawgear is slightly more elongated. This is no coincidence! It is perfectly sized to accommodate the S&S Precision V-LITE® or the classic flat silicone strobes. During Mil-Sim night games, having a bright IFF firmly attached to your head saves you from friendly fire from your own faction.

Washing: Respect the elastane! As indicated by the specifications, only and exclusively hand wash it in cold water. The interior has a special elastic band and the fabric contains 2% elastane: if you put it in the washing machine, the hot water will "cook" the elastic fibers, causing it to lose the Flexfit effect, and the spin cycle will ruin the splendid rigid visor. Rinse it by hand with a little mild soap and let it dry lying in the shade.
