The Amomax Mid-Ride Leg Platform was created to solve the number one problem for those wearing tactical vests (Plate Carriers): obstructed draws. When holsters are positioned on a standard belt, the pistol grip often gets caught under the vest's pouches or plates. This platform solves the problem by creating a "subtle middle ground": it lowers the holster a few centimeters below the belt line, freeing up the grip, without dropping down to the knee like old, cumbersome two-strap leg rigs.
Made from robust high-tech polymer, the platform is extremely customizable. The lower panel, which houses the renowned ROTO360 toothed ring (360° rotatable), can be secured at three different heights via dedicated slots, perfectly adapting to your arm length. The belt attachment is solid and secure: it slides directly onto the belt and, thanks to a practical internal spacer bar, perfectly fits belts from 40 mm to 60 mm in height, eliminating annoying vertical play. Finally, stability on the leg is guaranteed by a single elastic strap with internal non-slip rubber inserts, which secures the system to the thigh without constricting or limiting circulation during runs.

The Mid-Ride Era: Listen up, if you've been playing for a while, you've probably tried those old, huge two-strap leg rigs. And you know very well that when you run, they bounce around on your leg, unbalancing you. The "Mid-Ride" setup is the standard used by modern Special Forces precisely for this reason: the holster's weight is entirely supported by the rigid belt (First Line), while the single leg strap only serves to keep the weapon from moving away from your thigh when you draw it upwards. You get the comfort of a hip holster and the speed of a leg rig. You won't go back.
Don't ignore the spacer: When you slide the platform onto your tactical belt, use the internal spacer bar. You need to ensure that the plastic "grips" the exact height of your belt. If you leave the loop loose, when you draw your pistol, the entire platform will slide up the belt by a couple of centimeters, ruining your muscle memory and making you lose precious tenths of a second in CQB.
The IMI Defense Holster Hack: Do you already have an Israeli IMI Defense holster and want to mount it here? You can! The rear gear system is visually almost identical to the Amomax one. The only thing you need to know is that the engagement tolerances might differ by a fraction of a millimeter due to the plastic thickness of different brands.
