However, in the heat of the action, having to reload rounds one by one into the single magazine supplied breaks the realism and the action. This additional magazine is a 100% original spare part, coming from the same factory as your pistol. The materials (metal alloy body and shockproof polymer base) and manufacturing tolerances are identical, guaranteeing a smooth firing cycle without jams.
11-Round Capacity:
Designed specifically to accommodate blank cartridges with cup closure, this double-stack magazine holds 11 rounds of 8mm caliber. The high-tension internal spring ensures that each individual case is pushed upwards with the right force, allowing the slide of your Bruni GAP to chamber the round smoothly and quickly, just like in a real firearm.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE CALIBER (Life-Saving Rule): There is a crucial detail that you must check before clicking on "Buy". Bruni produces the GAP pistol in TWO different calibers: 8mm and 9mm P.A.K.! This magazine is EXCLUSIVELY for the 8mm caliber model! If your pistol is the 9mm version, the rounds will not enter and the magazine will not lock. Always read what is written on the slide of your replica to avoid purchasing errors!
Don't stress the spring: Even if the declared capacity is 11 rounds, we advise you to load 10, especially when the magazine is new. Forcing the eleventh round in could bend the upper metal "lips" of the magazine or weaken the internal spring, causing annoying Failure to Feed jams in the future.
Clean it too! Everyone remembers to clean the barrel of the starter pistol, but few clean the magazines. Blank rounds release a lot of soot that goes down the cases and settles inside the magazine, blocking the plastic elevator. Every 3 or 4 uses, spray some gun oil inside the empty magazine and run a cloth through it: your spring will thank you!
