This FPS Softair anti-reversal spring (Code: MARV2/V3) is not just a spare part, but a component designed to ensure maximum mechanical reliability within the gearbox. The breakage or yielding of this spring is one of the most frequent causes of replica blockage; FPS has solved the problem by using industrial materials and processes.

The material used is a wire made of burnished and pre-hardened carbon steel, enriched with silicon and chromium according to the EN10270/2 standard. What distinguishes this product is the production process: after forming, the spring is stabilized in an oven at 400°C for 30 minutes.

This heat treatment optimizes the molecular structure of the steel, ensuring that the spring maintains its original tension and shape even after thousands of firing cycles, ensuring that the pinion gear is correctly locked at each cycle.
