Maximize the effectiveness of your magazines with the FMA Enlarged 3 Baseplate Kit (MAGPOD Style). This accessory is designed to replace the simple closing baseplate of P-MAG and PTS EPM style magazines, adding two fundamental tactical features.

Shooting Stability (Bipod Effect)
P-MAG magazines usually have a sloping base that makes ground support unstable. The MAGPOD design instead creates a flat and wide surface with a lower non-slip rubber pad. This allows you to rest the rifle on the magazine (Prone position or on covers) obtaining the stability of a monopod/bipod without adding extra weight to the weapon.

Protection and Extraction
The widened shape with the front "spur" also acts as an extraction handle (similar to Ranger Plates), allowing you to pull the magazines out of the tactical vest quickly and safely, even while wearing gloves. In addition, the rubber base protects the magazine body from impacts when dropped to the ground during rapid changes.

"Plug & Play" Installation
Installation is immediate and requires no tools: simply press the magazine release button, remove the original baseplate and slide the Magpod into the guides until it clicks.
