The High Pressure Piston for VSR-10 manufactured by TTI Airsoft is designed to ensure consistent performance and superior durability on bolt action sniper rifles.
Hybrid Construction:
The body is made of lightweight alloy to reduce mass and increase expansion speed, while the rear hooking part (the tail) is made of stainless steel to withstand wear caused by reinforced 90-degree trigger units.
Efficiency and Silence:
To ensure perfect smoothness inside the cylinder, the piston is equipped with two Delrin bands that reduce metal-on-metal friction. The head features a double O-ring system: the main, larger one manages the primary compression, while the secondary one recovers any pressure losses.
A rubber pad on the head cushions the impact against the cylinder head, making the shot quieter and reducing mechanical stress.
