The G&G Barrel Cover is the ultimate passive and active safety system, now mandatory in almost all official tournaments and structured playing fields. Its bright red color immediately communicates to referees and other players that your weapon is safe. If, due to a fatal distraction, you were to pull the trigger with the battery attached, the BB will be trapped and blocked by the internal rubber reinforcement, eliminating the risk of injuring someone in the safe zone.

Universal Protection and Attachment:
In addition to safety, this cover functions as an excellent shield against dust, mud, and debris during rifle transport in the car or inside the bag. Thanks to its integrated elastic cord (bungee cord) with choke stop, installation is universal and very quick: simply slip the cap onto the muzzle of the barrel (long or short) and pull the elastic to hook it behind the front sight, around the handguard, or on the optic, ensuring that it cannot jump off even in the event of accidental firing.

Pro Maintenance Tips

How to attach it correctly: The most common mistake beginners make is to put the sock on the barrel leaving the elastic loose and dangling. If an accidental shot were to occur, the air pressure and the impact of the BB will literally "shoot away" the barrel cover! You must always pull the elastic taut and hook it to a solid and rearward point of the replica (the front sight, a handguard pin, or even the bolt), tightening the clip firmly.

It's not a test target: Although G&G has successfully tested it by blocking BBs at 1.6 Joules of power, remember that it is an emergency device. Never use it on purpose to unload bursts of blank shots! The BBs trapped inside, hit by subsequent ones, could crumble or prematurely wear out the protective rubber.

Washable and durable: After long tournaments in the rain or mud, the red fabric may get dirty. You can safely wash it by hand with lukewarm water and a little neutral soap. Let it air dry (avoid tumble dryers or hot radiators to avoid damaging the internal rubber coating) and it will return to its bright red and highly visible color!

The double tactical use (The perfect Hit Rag): Take advantage of its features to your advantage even in the game! Being a super bright red and very quick to handle thanks to the elastic cord, this accessory turns into a perfect "Hit Rag". If you are eliminated and do not have the classic red handkerchief at hand, just take it out of your pocket and wave it, or hook it to the helmet, to clearly signal to opponents that you are out of the game, avoiding a useless and annoying rain of extra BBs!
