Constructed from machined aerospace-grade aluminum, this "Multi-Fuel" version offers unprecedented operational flexibility: it can be powered by either the rechargeable USB-C Streamlight SL-B9® battery (delivering a powerful 725 Lumens) or a classic CR123A battery. Designed to dominate in CQB environments and low-light conditions, the Streamlight TLR-7® X USB is a concentration of technology enclosed in an ultra-compact body. The heart of the system is optimized electronics combined with a custom TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optic, which produces an extremely concentrated light beam while ensuring excellent peripheral illumination to maintain situational awareness. The housing is milled from 6000 series aerospace-grade aluminum with an anodized finish, while the front lens is made of high-temperature BOROFLOAT® glass, set in shock-resistant mounts to withstand the recoil of gas replicas or real firearms.
The revolution of this "X" model is its Multi-Fuel technology. Using the proprietary rechargeable SL-B9® battery pack (included), the light delivers a peak of 725 Lumens (9,500 candela) with a range of 195 meters. If you find yourself in the field without recharging capability, you can insert a common CR123A lithium battery: in this setup, the light will automatically switch the output to 550 Lumens, extending runtime to 1.5 hours. The user interface relies on ambidextrous dual paddle switches, allowing for momentary-on, constant-on, and activation of the programmable Strobe function.
Attachment to the weapon is quick and ultra-secure: the integrated side clamp allows you to install or remove the light from your pistol's Weaver/Picatinny rail with one hand, without ever having to pass your fingers in front of the weapon's muzzle, ensuring maximum operational safety.

The Secret of the Key Kit (Don't just mount it randomly!): In the box, you'll find a series of numbered plastic pieces (the Key Kit). These are not spares! Each pistol (Glock, SIG, Beretta, CZ) has its Picatinny rail notch positioned at a different distance from the trigger guard. Immediately consult the compatibility table included in the documentation: find your replica and mount the correct numbered insert. This way, the light will fit perfectly, retracting against the trigger guard, allowing you to comfortably reach the buttons with your index finger or the thumb of your support hand.
Use Safe-Off in Your Bag: How many times have you pulled your pistol out of your bag only to find the light had turned on by bumping against something, and the battery was dead? Streamlight has included the "Safe-Off" feature. Before putting the weapon in your bag, slightly unscrew the front bezel (the head of the light) by about a quarter turn, until you hear a click. In this position, the electronics are isolated, and the buttons will not function. When you're in the field, screw it back on tightly, and you're ready to fire.
Protect the Lens (The Oil Trick): The BOROFLOAT lens is extremely durable, but when playing airsoft (especially with gas replicas), the muzzle will spit lubricant residue, dust, and gas directly onto the light's glass, fogging it up in just a few games. Before starting the game, apply a very thin layer of silicone oil or lip balm to the light's glass. At the end of the day, a cloth will be all you need to instantly remove the dirt trapped in the grease, making it shiny and perfect again.
