Extreme Lightness and Micro Ripstop:
The VIPER pants were designed for operators who need to move quickly without being weighed down by equipment. With a featherweight of only 0.45 Kg, it is made of a tough Poly-Cotton Micro Ripstop (50/50) fabric. This special miniaturized grid weave stops tears in their tracks, guaranteeing the resistance of a traditional combat pant but with breathability and lightness ideal for summer or high-cardio missions.
Dynamic Mobility and Tactical Details:
To accommodate sprints, bends, and climbs, the crotch area features an elasticated fabric insert that eliminates any annoying friction or limitation to movement. A unique feature of this model is the belt loops: the outer side is covered in Velcro fabric, a brilliant solution for quickly applying identification (ID) patches or for anchoring light accessories with a Velcro base directly on the waist.
Aerodynamic Profile and Ankle Zips:
The Viper's design is distinctly "Low Profile". The thigh pockets are not bulky, but adhere to the leg, and close securely with zips and Velcro panels. On the lower part of the leg, a long vertical zip at the ankle stands out: this allows you to widen the bottom of the trousers to put them on or take them off quickly even without removing tactical boots, or to adapt the fit to more voluminous footwear.
Use the zips for thermoregulation: The zips positioned on the ankles are not only used to get the boots through! If you are facing a long and tiring uphill march under the sun, open them a few centimeters. This will create a "chimney" effect, allowing fresh air to enter from below and push out the heat, keeping your legs dry and operational.
Rapid tactical customization: The belt loops equipped with external Velcro are perfect if you operate in teams or in Law Enforcement/Security environments. You can apply small reflective patches, your "blood type" or small IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) indicators that are visible even if you are wearing a short plate carrier that covers the chest.
The secret weapon for summer: With its 450 grams, this is by far one of the lightest and coolest pants in the Defcon 5 catalog. Use it without hesitation in the torrid games of July and August. If you want to use it in winter, its comfortable fit allows you to easily wear a tight thermal pant (tights) underneath, transforming it into a 4-season garment!
