The Innovation of the Cobra GT Polymer Buckle:
Unlike the classic AustriAlpin buckles in heavy aluminum, the "GT" version (developed in collaboration with ITW Nexus) is made entirely of high-strength plastic polymer. This translates into a triple advantage: a drastic reduction in overall weight (the belt weighs only 190g in total), the elimination of accidental metallic noises during stealth movements, and total invisibility to metal detectors.
The "Engine" of PT1 and PT4 Belt Sleeves:
This belt was developed by Templar's Gear engineers with one primary purpose: to be inserted inside external modular sleeves such as the PT1 and PT4 models. Thanks to its height of 4.3 cm and its ultra-flat thickness (0.3 cm), it slides perfectly into the passing channels of these belt sleeves, providing the necessary traction to support holsters and pouches, but without adding unnecessary thickness or weight to your first line setup.

The extremely robust nylon webbing guarantees optimal performance even in the most difficult operating conditions. Although born as an inner belt, its clean design makes it an excellent choice even as a "stand-alone" tactical belt for civilian clothing or for outdoor excursions.
The tactical advantage of polymer: If you are a security operator (GPG) working in airports, courts or sensitive facilities, or if you are simply a seasoned traveler, this is the belt for you. Being 100% free of metal parts, it will NEVER set off metal detectors. No wasted time, no forced stripping at security checks!
Matching with modular belt sleeves: Have you bought a wide band belt sleeve (like the PT4) and are you going crazy trying to get a rigid belt with a metal buckle through it? Stop! This Cobra GT was created for just that. The height of 4.3 cm will slide smoothly inside the band. Once in position, the system will be flexible on the hips but very solid on the front closure.
Managing the 148 cm length: The belt arrives from the manufacturer in a single very generous size (almost one and a half meters!). Once inserted into the belt sleeve or trousers and found your perfect size, the excess should be folded internally or, if excessive, you can shorten it. If you decide to cut it to make it custom, remember the golden rule of nylon: make a clean cut with thick scissors and then immediately "seal" the cut part with the flame of a lighter to prevent it from fraying.
