The low-cut 4-inch profile leaves the ankle completely free, allowing lightning-fast movements, sudden changes of direction, and ease in assuming squatting shooting positions, making it perfect for CQB and car patrols. The soft Lycra collar eliminates chafing, guaranteeing absolute comfort from the first use.
Hi-Tech Armor in Lenzi Perspair:
Forget the heaviness of leather boots. The upper of the Nemesis 4.2 is constructed from exclusive Lenzi Perspair fabric, a high-tenacity ballistic material that resists the most extreme abrasions while keeping the shoe's weight at just 480 grams. The closed metal lace loops guarantee an aerodynamic profile and prevent accidental snagging on nets, cables, or urban debris.
Perfect Climate and Advanced Ergonomics:
Rain and humidity are not a problem thanks to the GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining, which ensures dry feet and constant breathability. The fit is literally enveloping (sock-like) thanks to the Add® system and the internal ErgoLast shape, which mirrors the anatomy of the foot. The extended lacing up to the toe allows for millimeter-precise customization of the volumes. Finally, the VIBRAM® S1421 sole combined with the Double Damper midsole simultaneously absorbs shocks on the heel and on the ground, eliminating knee fatigue.

Pro Maintenance Tips for a Perfect Setup
Nemesis 4.2 vs Nemesis 6.2: Which one to choose? Simple. If you operate mainly in urban contexts, get in and out of patrol vehicles, do CQB or play airsoft in "flat" arenas, the 4.2 is your best ally because it gives you the speed of a running shoe. If, on the other hand, you operate in very dense woods, on steep stony ground or unstable muddy terrain, aim for the 6.2 model to have that extra support on the ankle that saves you from sprains.
"Climbing" Lacing: The lacing that reaches above the toes is a stroke of genius from Garmont. If you have to do a static guard duty, keep the toe slightly loose to allow blood to circulate. But if you have to do a raid or run on stairs and roofs, tighten the laces all the way: the shoe will lock the foot in a granite-like way, giving you absolute sensitivity and precision of support.
No grease on the Lenzi! Being a hi-tech upper in Perspair fabric and not in leather, maintenance is very easy but must be done well. Never use grease or shoe wax! They would clog the Gore-Tex. Use lukewarm water, a soft brush to remove dust and, if you want to restore the surface water repellency, use exclusively protective sprays for technical membranes and synthetic fabrics.
