Historical Charm and Full Metal Construction:
The Luger P08 is an engineering masterpiece from the early 1900s, and WE has masterfully replicated its magazines as well. To respect the very slim design of the original grip, this magazine has an extremely streamlined profile, but is no less fragile. Made of solid metal alloy weighing 177 grams, it guarantees excellent airtightness and the right pressure to trigger the replica's very special toggle action, offering a crisp and unmistakable recoil (blowback).
Total WE Compatibility (But no CO2!):
This magazine is the standard for the entire P08 ecosystem from WE. Whether you have the short-barreled officer's version (Standard), the intermediate one (Marine) or the very long Artillery variant, this magazine will fit perfectly. It is available in different finishes to match your replica (classic Black or chrome Silver). The important thing to remember is that the internal mechanics are designed exclusively to handle the pressures of Green Gas: do not try to adapt it or use it on CO2 versions to avoid irreparable damage to the valve and the weapon.
WARNING - THE SECRET OF THE TOGGLE (Read before use!): The P08 is not a modern Glock! Due to its complex internal mechanism, the magazine locks if the gun is not cocked. To insert or remove the magazine, the toggle must be OBLIGATORILY raised (at the end of the rounds) or the weapon must be cocked (pulling the toggle back). If you try to force the magazine in or out with the hammer uncocked, you will break the retaining tooth!
The False Myth of venting (Let's debunk old manuals): Some old instruction booklets say to completely empty the gas from the magazine at the end of use. IT'S WRONG! Emptying the gas suddenly freezes and destroys the O-Rings. As with all GBB pistols, always leave a slight charge of Green Gas inside the magazine when you store it: the pressure will keep the seals in place and the silicone oil will keep them nourished and perfectly airtight!
Valve Lubrication: Being a very tight magazine, the outlet valve does a lot of work. Every 3-4 games, spray a veil of silicone spray oil on the upper valve and gently press it a couple of times with an empty magazine to allow the lubricant to penetrate. Your WE magazine will thank you by lasting for years.
