This FPS AIR BRAKE piston head is a high-quality upgrade component, designed and manufactured in Italy (100% Made in Italy) to improve the performance and, above all, the silence of electric airsoft guns (AEGs). It belongs to the new version of FPS piston heads with X-Ring technology.

Main Features:

  • Material: Made of POM (Polyoxymethylene).
  • X-RING: Equipped with an X-RING which, thanks to its quad-lobed section, guarantees superior air seal, less wear and a lubricant reservoir compared to traditional O-rings.
  • Thrust bearing: Reduces friction and stress on the spring during the firing cycle.
  • AIR BRAKE System: This system creates an "air cushion" between the piston head and the cylinder head, dampening the impact and drastically reducing noise. It is the quietest piston head produced by FPS, recommended for bursts up to 24 BBs per second.
  • AOE (Angle of Engagement) Adjustment: Includes shims (1, 2, 3 and 4mm) to adjust the length of the piston/piston head assembly. The piston head can also be used without shims.
