Designed for intensive use in military and law enforcement operations, the Operator MK III offers unparalleled comfort. The ergonomic design includes a seamless underarm gusset, pre-shaped double-layer elbows, and an elongated 1/4 front zipper for easy donning. ATS FLEX technology (a NYCO RipStop fabric with mechanical stretch) naturally supports every arm movement without creating tension, which is crucial in rapid engagements.

Hybrid Construction and Climate Management:
The torso is made with a special knitted fabric (50% Cotton, 39% Modacrylic, 10% Viscose) designed to optimize the expulsion of heat and sweat when wearing a Plate Carrier or body armor. On the shoulders, there are special internal compartments designed to accommodate soft pads: a brilliant detail that helps distribute the weight of the tactical vest's shoulder straps, reducing fatigue during long patrols.

"Low Profile" Pocket Configuration:
The upper arm pockets have a flat design to avoid snagging on vegetation or edges in CQB environments. They are accessible via hidden zippers and contain internal attachment loops to secure equipment. The external Velcro panels allow the application of IFF patches, V-LITE® or the passage of a tourniquet.

Pro Maintenance Tips

Save your shoulders from the Plate Carrier: If you participate in long Milsim events (24/48h) with a tactical vest loaded with plates, magazines, and water, take advantage of the internal compartments on the shoulders! Insert two strips of 5mm neoprene: they will add very little volume but will make a huge difference in relieving the pressure of the shoulder straps on the trapezius muscles.

"Dummy Cord" Organization: The flat upper arm pockets are equipped with internal retention loops. Use them to tie sensitive items such as keys, a whistle, or a small multi-tool with thin paracord (dummy cord). You will have the mathematical certainty of not losing anything, even if you forget the zip open during a hectic action.

Tactical washing to preserve the NIR: To keep the precious anti-night vision (NIR) treatment unaltered and not ruin the elastic fibers of the ATS system, wash this shirt strictly in the washing machine at low temperature (max 30°C), inside out. The use of bleach or fabric softeners is absolutely prohibited. Select a gentle tumble dry or, even better, hang it in the open air.
