Pro Maintenance Tips
PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU HOLD IT: This is the most common and painful mistake! Unlike standard smoke grenades that are held by the base, the Twin Vent II flames from both sides. If you want to move while it is on (e.g. to trace a trail), you must hold it exactly in the center of the tube. Even if the shell does not catch fire, it heats up very quickly: the use of tactical gloves or protective gloves is absolutely mandatory if you hold it in your hand!
Tight photographic timing: If you are buying it for a photo shoot or a music video, remember that the effect is sensational but very fast. It lasts about 25 seconds. Prepare the shot first, calculate the wind direction, focus and only at the end have your model pull the ring, shooting in continuous burst!
Safety and Environment: Use it exclusively outdoors. Although the smoke is completely non-toxic, direct inhalation at close range of the dense column can cause irritation or coughing. Pull the ring and throw it, or maintain the recommended safety distance of 2 meters from the main delivery point.
