Compactness and Original Reliability:
The WE PX4 Subcompact (or Bulldog) is a tiny pistol but with a surprisingly lively recoil (Blowback). To maintain these small dimensions, the magazine has also been miniaturized. Despite the "micro" size, this original WE magazine in solid metal manages to contain a Green Gas reserve sufficient to empty the entire 15-BB tank with a taut and constant trajectory. The polymer base offers a support point for the little finger, improving the overall ergonomics of the weapon.
The Importance of Backup:
Having such a small backup pistol is great for CQB or as a "last resort" when the rifle runs out of ammo. However, 15 BBs end in literally two seconds of covering fire. Having one or two spare magazines in the pockets of the tactical gear is absolutely vital to avoid being unarmed in the moment of need!
THE MISTAKE TO AVOID (Compatibility): Read carefully before putting it in the cart! The PX4 series exists in Standard (large) and Subcompact (small) versions. This magazine is ONLY for the Subcompact. If you have the normal-sized PX4, this magazine is literally too short: it will enter the handle but will not reach the coupling tooth, falling on your feet. Check your pistol model!
15-Round Management: Fifteen BBs are few. Our advice for those who play in CQB or in tight urban scenarios is to equip themselves with at least 2 spare magazines. Being so short, you can slip them into practically any pistol magazine pouch or utility pocket of your tactical gear without giving the slightest annoyance.
Save the Valves (Leave the Gas!): As with all Green Gas magazines, at the end of Sunday never press the drain valve to empty them! This thermal shock freezes the seals (O-Rings) cracking them. Always leave a small charge of gas inside the magazine when you store it: the pressure and the silicone oil contained in the Green Gas will keep the seals perfect and ready for the next game.
