• Heat Treatment: After forming, the spring is stabilized in an oven at 400°C for 30 minutes, optimizing its durability.
• Variable Pitch Design: Features variable pitch coils in the central area and in the area in contact with the spring guide, for smoother compression and optimal release.
• Ground Ends: The two ends of the spring are ground to ensure a flat support and optimal performance during compression.

Calibration and Performance:

• The indicated power (e.g., 85 m/s, 100 m/s) has been calibrated using a 363 mm inner barrel and a gearbox with a type D cylinder (suitable for inner barrels from 301 to 400 mm).
