ARES STRIKER Series and Compatible Piston and Spring Guide Set - FPS

This FPS piston and spring guide set, made in collaboration with E.S. Custom Works, is a high-level engineering upgrade for softair sniper rifles in the ARES Striker (AS-01, AS-02, AS-03) series and compatibles. The set is designed to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and durability, even in high-power configurations.

Set Components:

1. ZEROFRICTION Piston:

   • Central Body: Machined from solid POM, a technopolymer with a very low coefficient of friction that slides in the cylinder without damaging it and with maximum fluidity.
   • Seal: Double O-ring for a perfect and constant air seal.
   • Front Buffer Pad: Made of UREPAN, a special polyurethane that effectively absorbs the impact with the cylinder head.
   • Attachment End: The rear part of the piston, which engages the sear of the trigger group, is made of steel treated with the TENIFER process. This treatment provides exceptional surface hardness, ensuring long life and very low wear at the point of greatest mechanical stress.

2. Bearing Spring Guide:

   • Material: Made of aluminum.
   • Ball Bearing: Allows the spring to rotate freely during compression, reducing torsional stress on the spring itself and ensuring smoother bolt action and greater shooting consistency.
   • Specific Design: Specifically designed to work in perfect synergy with the FPS piston included in the set.

Important Notes on Compatibility and Installation:

• The FPS piston must only be used with the FPS spring guide included in the set.
• The FPS spring guide can also be used with the original piston of the STRIKER.
• It may be necessary to apply a dab of glue to the piston's buffer pad (UREPAN) for a permanent fixing.
