This FPS piston head is a high-quality upgrade component, designed and manufactured in Italy (100% Made in Italy) specifically for electric airsoft replicas (AEGs) configured for very high rates of fire (over 30 BBs per second) and to achieve maximum silence.
Main Features:
- Material: Made of POM (Polyoxymethylene), a technopolymer with excellent mechanical properties and a low coefficient of friction.
- Thrust bearing: Includes a metal bearing to reduce friction and stress on the spring. A loaded technopolymer washer is also supplied to replace the bearing and further lighten the striking mass (recommended for extreme rates).
- Reduced striking surface: The particular shape of the striking part (conical, degrading towards the center with different angles) drastically reduces the contact surface with the cylinder head, increasing the silence of the replica.
- Perfect air seal: The conical shape ensures that the ventilation holes are never closed, guaranteeing a perfect air seal effect without power drops.
- Very lightweight: It is the lightest piston head produced by FPS, designed to reduce mechanical stress and noise, especially at high rates of fire.
