Pro Maintenance Tips
Leave it in the Glove Compartment! This is one of those accessories that you buy and "forget" in the car's glove compartment. Inevitably, Sunday morning will come when you pull the G7 out of your backpack and realize you only have one bar of battery. Having this plug in the car will literally save your game day!
How to use it (Cradle or Direct?): Pay attention to the connection! For radios, this power supply must be inserted behind the desktop cradle (the "cradle" where you place the radio to charge at home). Bring the cradle in the car, attach this cable instead of the wall one, and you're done! Other smaller models, on the other hand, accept the 3.5mm Jack directly into the side of the radio.
Communications at risk? Update your Setup! If the battery of your old radio now only lasts half a morning even if you charge it all night, it means that the cells are exhausted.
