Ballistic certification

Univet glasses meet or exceed the US Military Ballistic standard MIL-PRF-31013. This standard subjects the glasses to impacts of speed four times greater (650 fps + / - 10 fps) than the Z87.1-2010 ANSI industrial standard!


No fog treatment

Reacting with the molecular chain of the polycarbonate, the components of the NO-FOG NANOTECH treatment bind to it. The result is an extremely hydrophobic and electrically apolar surface, to the point of not allowing water molecules (in any form, even condensation) to adhere to the treated surface.

Tests show that with a normal anti-fog treatment the lenses can withstand a column of water vapor at 50° C for less than 20 seconds.
