100% Cotton Ripstop Construction:
The fabric is made entirely of cotton, ensuring unparalleled breathability during hot months. The special Ripstop weave (square pattern) prevents the extension of any tears, making the shirt highly resistant to abrasion in critical areas. Additionally, the back features an intelligent inverted fold designed specifically to expand and facilitate arm movement, even when wearing a heavy tactical vest.
Operational Ergonomics:
Every detail is designed for action. The front closure uses a robust double-zip protected by a velcro patch, eliminating the risk of snagging. The chest features two angled pockets easily accessible even with a chest rig worn, while the shoulders have two practical velcro pockets topped with large panels for patches. The stand-up collar closes securely with velcro, providing excellent neck protection, and the elbows have a double layer of fabric serving as a compartment for soft inserts (not included).
Color-based Tactical Setup: To enhance the camouflage of Woodland or Flecktarn in the woods, pair the shirt with a tactical vest in Olive Drab (OD) or Ranger Green color. Utilize the Elbow Compartments: The ACU design allows you to avoid using external elbow pads with elastic straps that restrict circulation. Cut two oval shapes from a neoprene pad or 5mm foam and insert them into the tear-away compartments on the elbows: you'll have invisible but vital protection for ground-hugging phases.
Cotton Fabric Washing: This shirt is made of 100% cotton. To prevent the fabric from shrinking or colors fading prematurely, wash it in a cold cycle (max 30°C) in a washing machine, reversing it. Absolutely avoid using a dryer: let it air dry.
