The Soul of your Hi-Capa KJ Works:
Hi-Capa (High Capacity) series pistols are the most loved by airsoft players for their capacity and responsiveness. This original KJ Works magazine for the 6-inch version is a true block of steel. Weighing 360 grams empty, it not only holds 28 BBs ready to fire but also houses a very large volumetric gas reservoir. This translates into superior thermal efficiency: the magazine suffers less from the "Cooldown" (freezing) effect compared to narrow single-stack magazines, ensuring optimal performance even in the fastest bursts.
Solid Construction and Quick Reload:
Designed to withstand the stresses of dynamic shooting and the toughest playing fields, it features a shockproof polymer baseplate (Bumper). This component protects the fill valve from accidental drops and offers an excellent grip point for quickly removing the magazine from the tactical pouch. The follower spring is robust and guarantees smooth and uninterrupted feeding of all 28 rounds.
WARNING - Debunking the Gas Myth: On some manuals or old descriptions you may read: "After use, the gas must be discharged to avoid damaging the magazine". THIS IS A SERIOUS MISTAKE! Emptying the magazine suddenly freezes and breaks the O-rings (the seals). Furthermore, storing it completely empty causes the seals to dry out, causing sure leaks. ALWAYS leave a small charge of gas inside the magazine at the end of the day. The pressure and silicone oil of the gas will keep it in perfect health!
Do not let the spring "snap" empty! When reloading the BBs, pull down the spring with your thumb and insert the rounds from below (the slot widens on purpose). When finished reloading, gently accompany the spring upwards against the BBs. If your finger slips and the spring snaps violently upwards empty, the follower will hit against the upper plastic "feed lips", breaking them cleanly. Be careful!
Valve Maintenance: To keep the magazine sealed over time, every 2-3 games spray a micro-drop of silicone oil spray directly on the exhaust valve (the rear one at the top that is struck by the pistol's firing pin) and press it lightly with your finger a couple of times to allow the lubricant to penetrate.
