An Anti-Crush Shell (EVA & Nylon):
Airsoft or shooting range bags are hostile environments. Between rifles, metal magazines, and gas cylinders, putting a pair of electronic headphones worth over 100 euros loose in your backpack is a huge risk. The Earmor S16 case solves the problem with a semi-rigid external structure in EVA copolymer, capable of absorbing heavy impacts without deforming. The outer layer in high-density Nylon also offers an excellent barrier against rain, dust, and splashes of water.
Premium Interiors and Velcro Modularity:
While the exterior is an armor, the interior is a lounge. The entire cavity is lined in soft microfiber (suede-like) that absorbs vibrations and avoids accidental scratches to the delicate external shells of the headphones or microphones. The closure is entrusted to a robust two-way zipper that allows a total clamshell opening. Furthermore, the internal lining allows the attachment of Velcro inserts, offering a very convenient modularity to organize small accessories!
The Trick of the Internal Velcro: The lined interior allows the male velcro (the rough one) to adhere. Take advantage of this feature! Take a small velcro pocket, or a simple elastic band with a velcro back, and attach it to the inner wall of the case. It will be the perfect place to store two spare AAA batteries and the AUX cable of your headphones, always having everything at hand and in order!
Pay attention to how you fold them: This case is designed to accommodate the headphones in their collapsed form. Before inserting them, push the earpads upwards, making them retract inside the rigid headband. In this way they will occupy half the space and will fit perfectly into the S16 shell, avoiding moving during transport.
Save the Electronics (Silica Gel): During summer games in the range or in the woods, the earpads (especially those in gel) absorb sweat and moisture. Closing them in an airtight case at the end of the day can create condensation that rusts the circuits. The pro trick? Throw a couple of sachets of Silica Gel (those found in shoe boxes) on the bottom of the case: they will absorb residual moisture saving the electronics of your headphones!
