Suppressive Fire (160 Rounds at Your Fingertips):
If you have purchased the splendid M1918 BAR from S&T, your job on the field is to keep the opponents' heads down. This original Hi-Cap replacement magazine guarantees you a reserve of 160 BBs, ready to be vomited out of your historical replica. The outer shell is entirely forged in steel, guaranteeing a realistic weight of 250 grams and exceptional resistance to impacts during the most heated games or historical reenactments.
The Secret of the "Butterfly" (Instant Reload):
Anyone who uses hi-cap magazines knows how frustrating it can be to endlessly turn the toothed wheel under the base, especially when wearing gloves. S&T has solved the problem brilliantly: on the side of the magazine there is a small hexagonal insertion hole. Using a butterfly wrench or a simple Allen key, you can tension the magazine spring with a couple of quick turns, getting back on target before the enemy even notices!
ATTENTION TO THE MANUAL (The false myth of oil): On the manufacturer's instructions you will read about "regularly lubricating the magazine with silicone oil". We mechanics at M Tactical stop you immediately: NEVER spray oil inside the duct where the BBs pass! If the BBs get oiled, they will grease the Hop-Up bucking of your BAR, causing you to lose all friction and causing the BBs to fall a few meters away. If you want to lubricate it, put a micro-drop of silicone grease exclusively on the gears of the lower wheel, without touching the tank!
Always Empty It at The End of Sunday: The golden rule to make a Hi-Cap last for years is not to "tire" the internal spiral spring. At the end of the game, open the upper door, press the retaining tooth and let all the residual BBs out. Leaving it loaded and in tension for weeks in the bag would irreparably ruin the feeding.
Attach the butterfly to the tactical gear! If you use the Allen key to quickly tension the spring from the side hole, make a hole in it (or use paracord) and tie it to your tactical gear or belt. Being small, it is the object that is most easily lost in the woods during machine gunner setups!
