Shockproof Bumper (Floorplate Replacement):
This plate does not add to the magazine, but completely replaces the original floorplate. Pro Tips

ATTENTION TO INCOMPATIBILITIES (Read before purchasing!): Being a "Real Steel" product with millimeter tolerances, we confirm that this Ranger Plate is NOT compatible with PTS EPM1, PTS EPM1-S magazines and with gas magazines for GHK G5. Obviously, it does not fit on the old PMAG GEN M2 (MOE) or metal STANAG magazines either.

Mounting on PMAG G3 Airsoft replicas (The Dremel trick): If you own the classic airsoft replicas of the PMAG Gen.3 (such as the 120bb polymer AEG mid-caps), the extractor will hook regularly to the rails. However, due to the slightly different shape of the replica shell, the Ranger Plate will be misaligned forward by a few millimeters. To make it click and obtain a perfect aesthetic coupling flush, a small and quick adaptation work with a Dremel or a file will be necessary on the rails.

Standard Installation: Remove the original floorplate by pressing the internal locking pin (pay attention to the magazine spring!). Then slide the Ranger Plate onto the rails until you hear the locking "click".
