The AK Series Magazine Coupler from Evolution is the ideal tactical solution to halve the reload time of your Soviet replica. Made of sturdy and lightweight black polymer (weighing just 90 grams), it allows you to securely join two magazines side by side (the famous "Jungle Style"). When the first magazine is empty, simply detach it, rotate the block or move your hand, and immediately insert the second, without having to rummage through the pockets of your tactical vest under enemy fire.

"Jungle Style" Reload at Maximum Speed:
The AK magazine attachment system is very solid but requires a "pivot" movement that takes away precious seconds. With this Evolution Coupler, you'll always have 600 (or 240, if you use single-stack magazines) rounds at your fingertips on the rifle. Perfect for point operators, assaulters, or those who play in CQB, where hesitation during a reload can cost elimination. The clamp design securely locks the curved shells typical of AK47 and AK74 magazines, ensuring they don't slip during running.
Scratch-Resistant Polymer and Lightness:
Many cheap couplers are made of metal, which unnecessarily weighs down the weapon and, above all, scratches and irreparably ruins the shells of your magazines (especially those made of bakelite or polymer). Evolution has opted for a high-density polymer: the two clamps embrace the magazines with a granite-like but delicate grip, keeping the weight of the entire block at just 90 grams, so as not to unbalance the ergonomics of your assault rifle.
THE ART OF THE INVERTED SETUP (Vital on AKs!): Unlike the M4, the AK has a bulky receiver and a very protruding side charging handle. If you couple the two magazines perfectly matched (both facing upwards), the spare one will hit the rifle, preventing you from attaching it! The trick of real operators is to mount one upside down and the other upside up, and slightly staggered in height. In this way, the curvatures will never interfere with each other or with the body of the replica, guaranteeing you a smooth and trouble-free change.
Pay attention to the tightness (Especially on Mid-Caps): The included metal screws pull quite a bit. If you use metal hi-cap magazines, tighten without too much fear. But if you use polymer mid-cap magazines, do not tighten the screws to death! Excessive lateral pressure from the clamp could imperceptibly crush the internal BB channel of the mid-cap, causing misfeeds or jams.
Watch out for dirt: When using a coupler, remember that the BB exit lip of your second magazine will be constantly exposed to the air (or facing downwards, depending on how you mount them). If you play in heavy woodland and lie down or crawl on the ground, make sure you don't get mud or dirt into the magazine, otherwise you'll push the dirt directly into the hop-up unit on the first reload!
