Classic STANAG Aesthetics, Nylon Fiber Core:
Delta Armory is conquering the airsoft market, and these magazines demonstrate why. They have taken the iconic "ribbed" design of military STANAG magazines, historically made of heavy metal, and reproduced it in robust Nylon Fiber. The result is an incredibly durable magazine that won't dent if it falls to the ground during a hectic reload, but weighs a fraction of its metal counterpart. You can carry 6 or 8 in your tactical vest without straining your back during long woodland patrols or Mil-Sim tournaments.
130 Rounds and Reinforced Spring:
Under the polymer shell lies a 130 BB mid-cap core. Zero winding wheels and zero BB rattling noise: the magazine allows you to move in absolute stealth mode. The real highlight of this Delta Armory model is the reinforced spring. This technical upgrade allows the magazine to effortlessly feed even the heavier BB weights (such as 0.28g or 0.30g BBs) into the hop-up unit, ensuring a continuous flow and preventing misfires even on replicas with a very high rate of fire (ROF).
BB Loader Required and Break-in: As indicated by the manufacturer, being a pure mid-cap, the only way to fill it is to use a Speedloader (Syringe). Since the internal spring is reinforced, the very first few times you load it, it may be a little stiff. Perform a break-in: spray half a drop of silicone oil, insert 50 BBs and empty it. Then 100 and empty it. Finally, fill it to 130. It will be perfect forever!
The Advantage on Heavy BBs: Why is the reinforced spring so important? If you use 0.28g BBs, the column of 130 BBs weighs much more than a column of 0.20g BBs. Cheap mid-caps struggle to push all that weight, creating burst gaps. With this Delta Armory you can use woodland or marksman weights without missing a single shot.
Emptying (The Golden Rule): We will never tire of repeating it. Having a nice enhanced spring is useless if you let it wear out. At the end of the game, NEVER leave the BBs in the magazine! Pull back the retaining clip and let them all slide out into a bag, leaving the spring completely at rest in your tactical bag.
