The entire load-bearing structure is made with a 25mm tubular Polyamide webbing: this design, free of rigid edges, ensures fluid, friction-free movement over equipment, preventing annoying chafing on the neck and shoulders. The suspension system relies on elastic sections ("bungee" style) that absorb the replica's inertia and shocks during running or shoulder transitions.
The weapon attachment point is managed by a solid steel carabiner (Snap Hook), entirely covered by a sliding elastic sleeve. This tactical detail is crucial for eliminating metallic noise against the rifle's receivers and preventing scratches. Furthermore, the extra flexibility allows you to "punch out" the weapon much more easily when navigating difficult corners, without feeling pulled back by the webbing.
Preserving Elasticity (Maintenance): The lifespan of this sling depends on how you treat its elastic inserts. Wash it exclusively by hand in cold or lukewarm water to remove sweat and mud. The golden rule is: never use a dryer or direct heat sources (radiators, irons). Extreme heat, combined with mechanical friction, would irreparably "cook" the internal elastic filaments and shrink the Polyamide, leaving you with a rigid, short, and unusable sling!
