Pro Maintenance Tips

The first cleaning is essential: WELL replicas often arrive from the factory with a very thick preservation grease inside the inner barrel and on the hop-up bucking. Before even firing the first BB in the game, take the cleaning rod, put a piece of paper or clean cloth in the slot and polish the inner barrel well (perhaps with a drop of alcohol or silicone spray) until the paper comes out clean. The accuracy will change overnight!

The starting Upgrade: The beauty of the VSR-10 is being able to improve it over time. If you want to do a super cheap first upgrade but with an amazing result, immediately change the Hop-Up bucking and the nub with specific models for VSR (e.g. Maple Leaf or similar). With a minimum expense you will double the accuracy and consistency of the shot, guaranteeing very straight trajectories!

Smooth and straight cocking: The original trigger group is robust, but to make it last for years you must reload in the right way. Pull the bolt back with a straight movement towards you, without pushing or "twisting" the lever upwards or downwards, and bring it forward smoothly without "slamming" it violently at the end of its stroke. This will preserve the delicate engagement teeth inside the cylinder.
