The true construction highlight is the Brushed Fleece finish: the inside of the hoodie has been brushed to be incredibly soft against the skin and to trap body heat. With a weight of 270 gsm, it positions itself as an exceptionally versatile "mid-weight" hoodie, great for wearing alone or as a mid-layer under a technical jacket.
Fit and Garment Care:
The hoodie has a "True to Size" fit (regular on the torso), but stands out for a deliberately slightly more generous ("baggy") cut on the arms to not restrict extension and movement in any way. To preserve the integrity of the print and the softness of the inner fleece, it is recommended to wash the hoodie strictly inside out at a maximum temperature of 30°C. The use of a tumble dryer is absolutely not recommended by the manufacturer.

The perfect tactical fit: The slightly generous sleeves ("baggy fit") are an absolute stroke of genius from The Trace. It's not just about style: this fit gives you total freedom of movement in your arms. It's perfect if you have to drive for hours to reach a tournament, or if you want to use it in the evening at the bivouac to be comfortable after a day spent constrained in camo and plate carrier. Choose your usual size and you'll have a comfortable garment on the torso but incredibly free in the shoulders!
Save the fleece and print: This hoodie has a Brushed Fleece interior, which is an incredibly soft brushed fleece that retains heat wonderfully. If you want this softness to last and don't want the iconic lettering on the back to crack into a thousand pieces, you absolutely must follow our golden rule: forget the existence of the tumble dryer! Extreme heat would "cook" the print and harden the inner fibers. Turn it inside out, wash it at a maximum of 30 degrees, and let it air dry. It will thank you.
