"One-time use" fabric restraint for TRAINING, manufactured by ESP. Color Red. This training tool is designed to be reusable: instead of a pin lock, it uses innovative silicone friction rollers.
It simulates the tightening resistance of a disposable restraint, but can be easily released with a firm tug, allowing for repeated use. Professional tool (used by the Czech Police) and ultra-lightweight (22g). Sold individually (1 piece).

This textile restraint from ESP is the lightweight and effective alternative for training in restraint techniques, without wasting disposable restraints. It is the same training tool used by Police and Military units, including those in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
Its secret is the innovative locking system: instead of a pin lock that is destroyed, it uses silicone rollers. These rollers allow the restraint to be tightened, simulating realistic resistance, but can be released with a firm tug (without the need for tools).
