After years of success, the glorious MIDLAND G7 - the most beloved transceiver by all outdoor enthusiasts, representing the perfect combination of simplicity and efficiency - is renewed and re-proposed in the G7 PRO version. The new and modern design is the first striking novelty, as is the size of the new display, which significantly improves visibility. The new case is also able to accommodate different types of battery power, making the G7 PRO the first quadrivalent radio in this respect: in addition to the NiMH battery pack and alkaline or rechargeable batteries, already available in the past, it is now possible to use the new 1200 mAh lithium battery pack (optional), which makes the radio 20% lighter. The heart of the device has also been completely renewed, allowing further increases in the functions, versatility and performance of the G7 PRO. First of all, the double PTT allows you to select high or low output power in order to optimize battery life; the "Side Tone" function silences that annoying rustling at the end of each transmission (if used with other radios that have the same function). Finally, the audio quality has also been improved to ensure even clearer and more ringing communications. The new shell has a door to make any technical checks faster.
