Uncompromising Realism (Hidden Valve):
Collectors and the most demanding players know it well: the unsightly brass valve placed under the magazine's buttplate often ruins the magic of gas replicas. Umarex has listened to the purists and redesigned the P7 M13 magazine by moving the refill valve (IN valve) to the back of the magazine, concealing it from view under the exhaust valve (OUT valve). The result is a magazine with a clean and historically 100% accurate buttplate.
Full-Metal Construction and Original Logos:
The magazine is forged in metal, offering excellent resistance to shocks and drops during the most frantic magazine changes. Weighing 125 grams, it perfectly balances the ergonomics of your P7 M13. On the right side, the engravings faithful to the original (P7 M13 9x19) stand out, a detail of great value. The high-tension spring and optimized gas duct guarantee a smooth and constant BB feeding up to the last of the 16 BBs (6mm caliber) contained in the double-stack magazine.
But where do you load the gas from?! You will surely ask yourself as soon as you take it out of the box, looking at the smooth buttplate. Don't panic! Turn the magazine around and look at the "back" (the flat part that slides inside the grip). Immediately below the large round silver button (which is the OUT firing valve), you will find the small brass valve for loading Green Gas. Insert the nozzle of the cylinder perpendicularly and you're done!
The Golden Rule (Never empty it completely!): At the end of Sunday, when you put the pistol back in the duffel bag, DO NOT press the valve to whistle away all the remaining gas! Always leave a slight "squirt" of Green Gas inside the magazine. This minimum pressure will keep the seals (O-Rings) always in tension and constantly lubricated, preventing them from drying out and starting to hiss or leak gas at the next game.
Cleaning and BB Feeding: Never spray silicone oil inside the front slot where the BBs slide. The oil would grease the BBs, which in turn would grease the Hop-Up bucking of your splendid P7, causing you to lose tens of meters of range. If the spring has difficulty sliding, just pass the inside of the groove with a clean cotton swab!
