The CNC Lower Magwell for AAP-01, manufactured by Action Army, is the ultimate upgrade to eliminate reload times. Made of CNC Aluminum and with a feather-light weight of only 19 grams, it creates a funnel flare at the base of the grip that guides the magazine into place smoothly and infallibly. It installs in seconds and is available in anodized Black or Red colors.

"Blind" Reloads (Speed Reload):
In the heat of a game or in a Speedsoft tournament, taking your eyes off the target to look where to insert the magazine is a fatal mistake. This original Action Army magwell attaches to the base of your AAP-01's grip, creating a funnel flare. Even if you insert the magazine slightly crooked or off-axis, the angled walls of the magwell will smoothly guide it into the weapon in a fraction of a second.
Ergonomic CNC Aluminum Design:
Machined from a solid block of aluminum with high-precision CNC machinery, this magwell is not only functional, but also an aesthetic masterpiece that gives the pistol a true "Race Gun" look. Furthermore, protruding from the base of the frame, it offers an excellent support point for the pinky finger, "locking" your hand into a higher and firmer grip to better counteract recoil. All this while adding only 19 grams to the total weight of the replica!
The perfect combo for speed: If you purchase this Magwell to speed up magazine insertion, we strongly recommend combining it with the Extended Magazine Release Button that you can find in our store. With both parts installed, your magazine changes will be as instantaneous and fluid as those of Dynamic Shooting champions!
Attention to magazine baseplates: The Magwell slightly tightens the lower opening. This does not create any problems with original Action Army or standard WE magazines. However, if you use custom magazines with very wide and extended plastic/aluminum baseplates, these may hit the edge of the Magwell preventing the magazine from latching correctly all the way. Keep this in mind in your setup!
Impact-proof: Installation is very quick via the insert that slides into the back of the grip. Remember, however, that when you insert the magazine "on the fly", the magwell absorbs much of the impact. To ensure that it remains very solid over time, apply a little blue (medium) threadlocker to the threads of the two Allen screws before tightening them properly.
