From Shotgun to LMG (Lightweight Polymer):
Who says a shotgun has to have limited capacity? With this revolutionary drum magazine, you can enjoy the brutal effectiveness of a 3 or 6 BB grouping without the fear of having to reload individual shells under enemy fire. ACM has constructed this DRUM entirely from high-strength plastic polymer. The result is a solid but feather-light accessory weighing only 350 grams, which doesn't unbalance your rifle forward and keeps you agile in tight spaces.
1200 Rounds, Battery Included, and Dual Mode:
Above the generous 1200 BB capacity magazine towers the cartridge-shaped adapter that perfectly clips into your shotgun's loading port (Marui standard). The internal electric motor, powered by a rechargeable battery already supplied, offers two firing modes manageable via the dedicated switch:
1) AUTO Mode: the motor runs constantly, keeping the spring always at maximum tension for an uninterrupted flow.
2) Sound Control Mode: an internal microphone "listens" to the sounds of the replica (such as the loud "clack" of the pump action or the bang of the gas shot) and activates the motor only when needed, saving battery and reducing mechanical hum.
The truth about Sound Control for Shotguns: Unlike electric AEGs (where the microphone hears the continuous noise of the gears), on shotguns, Sound Control works in "bursts." The microphone picks up the sharp bang of the pump action or the expansion of the gas when you fire, causing the motor to perform a short recharge cycle. If you play outdoors with strong winds or use very quiet spring shotguns, the microphone may have trouble hearing you: in that case, switch comfortably to AUTO mode and sweep everything away!
Pay attention to the size: This drum turns your shotgun into a real monster, but watch out for the edges! Being a wide magazine that protrudes from the bottom of the shotgun, it will slightly change the way you hold the weapon and lean out of corners (slicing the pie). Do some dry practice at home to get used to the new dimensions before taking it to the arena.
Adapter insertion: The top of the DRUM is shaped like a normal 12-gauge cartridge. Insert it into the loading port firmly but without slamming, making sure that the shotgun's retaining catch makes the classic "click." At the end of the day, remove it, empty the BBs, turn off the switch, and disconnect the internal battery to ensure a very long life.
